BORUNTE axial force position compensator isdesigned for a constant output polishing force, usingan open-loop algorithm to adjust the balance forcein realtime using gas pressure,making the axiaoutput ofthe polishing toolsmoother. There are twomodes to choose from.which can balance the weightof the tool in real time or be used as a buffer cylinder. It can be used for polishing occasions, such as thecontour of the outer surface of irregular parts, withcorresponding torque requirements on the surfaceetc. Buffer can be used in work to reduce debugging time.
