BORUNTE non-magnetic splitter can be used inautomated scenarios such as stamping, bending, orother sheet materials that require separation.ltsapplicable plates include stainless steel plate.aluminum plate,plastic plate, metal plate with oil or filmcoating on the surface.etc.Using mechanical split.ting, the main push rod is pushed by a cylinder toachieve splitting. The main push rod is equippedwith racks,and the tooth pitch varies according tothe thickness of the plate. The main push rod has thefreedom to move vertically upwards, and when thecylinder pushes the rack through the main push rodto contact the sheet metal, it can freely separate onlythe first sheet metal and achieve separation.
